El nuevo padre del pueblo se encontraba tan nervioso en su primer sermón, que casi no pudo articular las palabras, así que acudió con el Arzobispo para pedirle un consejo. El Arzobispo le dijo: ‘Tómate una pequeña copa de tequila antes de iniciar la misa para que te sientas mas relajado hijo’

Al domingo siguiente antes de salir a oficiar la misa el padre siguió el consejo del Arzobispo, solo que como aún se sentía muy nervioso decidió aumentar un poco la dosis. Al iniciar su sermón, efectivamente se sintió muy bien y dio un sermón tan emotivo que mantuvo a sus feligreses al borde de sus bancas y atentos en todo momento.

Cuando finalizó la misa encontró en la sacristía una nota del Arzobispo que decía lo siguiente:

Estimado Padre:
Le anexo algunas observaciones acerca del sermón de hoy y unas recomendaciones para el próximo:

- Si aún se siente nervioso la próxima semana, solo tome una pequeña copa de tequila, no toda la botella.
- No es necesario que escarche con sal y limón el borde del cáliz.
- La caseta que se encuentra al lado del altar es el confesionario, no el baño.
- La canasta que se pasa entre los feligreses es para las limosnas, no es ‘la vaquita para el otro pomo’.
- Existen 10 mandamientos, no 15.
- Los apóstoles eran 12, no ‘un chingo’ y ninguno era maricón.
- La ‘Santa Cruz’ no es una cantina.
- Caín asesinó a Abel, no ‘le rompió su madre’.
- No nos referimos a Jesús y sus discípulos como ‘Chuy y sus compas’.
- Judas fue un traidor no ‘un hijo de la chingada’.
- El agua bendita es para bendecir no ‘para curarse la cruda’.
- Por favor, evite volver a predicar su sermón sentado en la escalera del altar y con una botella en la mano.
- El cirio no es para prender cigarros, y de preferencia no vuelva a fumar dentro de la iglesia.
- Dios expulsó a Adan y Eva del paraiso por pecadores, no ‘los mandó a la chingada por culeros’.
- Las ostias son para darlas durante la comunión y no deben ser usadas como botana y mucho menos acompañarlas con atún y salsa.
- Los pecadores se van al infierno y no ‘a chingar a su madre’.
- El coro de la iglesia no sabe tocar cumbias.
- Su iniciativa de llamar al público a bailar fue buena, pero por favor no vuelva a hacer el trenecito por toda la iglesia.
- Por último, aquel ‘pinche gordo vestido de vieja que está sentado allá atrás’ era YO.

The Times publicó en su portal un listado con las “100 mejores películas de la década”. La enorme selección incluye diversos géneros. También podemos encontrar algunas cintas en español como Y tu mamá también de Alfonso Cuarón y Volver de Pedro Almodóvar. Podemos, o no estar de acuerdo con estas películas pero son un buen punto de partida cuando no sabemos de donde elegir la película del domingo.

Desde sus inicios y hasta hace unos años el concepto DJ implicaba pensar en hombres al frente, con una mesa, mezclando y poniendo ambiente en las fiestas.
