I would like to suggest that it´s possible to do thwe same with neutrinos and at the same time gasin access to parallel dimensions which are otherwise inaccessible. In this way the device could move throught time and space without the apparent restrictions of being anchored to the point when it was first constructed. I would like to explain more but it requires 37 dimensional calculus and there is not enough time and space with this message.
